At Purple House Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion find, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has inspected the items and issued your refund.
